We are a team of counsellors, social workers and trainee counsellors. We work from our offices based in central Hull.

Our support work includes one to one counselling and we are skilled in carrying out group work.

Referrals are accepted from all agencies, or you can self refer.

Our therapists are qualified psychotherapists with many years of experience in working with a diverse client group and range of issues. All of our therapists are regularly supervised by an experienced qualified Clinical Supervisor.

All therapists have professional indemnity insurance. All counsellors work within the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy Ethics and Guidelines. Our hypnotherapist is registered with the General Register of Hypnotherapy.
